The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver your printables and send emails you asked for. We don't sell your data, we don't run accounts for kids, and we never see your card details. Zedd Labs LLC operates Real Skills Press and is responsible for your information.

1. What we collect

• Contact & order info: your name, email address, and what you purchased — needed to deliver downloads, receipts, and support.
• Newsletter signup: your email address, only if you sign up for the free sample or newsletter.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may log standard security data such as IP addresses to protect the site.

2. How we use it

• Deliver your downloads, send order and download emails, and provide customer support.
• Send the newsletter and new-pack announcements — only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.

3. Who helps us

These service providers process only the data needed for their job:

• Stripe — payment processing
• MailerLite — newsletter emails (subscribers only)
• Resend — order and download emails
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security

4. Cookies

We use only what's needed to run the site securely (Cloudflare). We don't run advertising cookies.

5. Children

Real Skills Press sells to adults — you must be 18 or older to purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we offer no accounts for children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email [email protected] and we'll delete it.

6. Your rights

Email [email protected] to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.

California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we don't sell it). Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.

We keep order records as long as needed for customer support, accounting, and legal obligations.
