Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Zedd Labs LLC ("we," "us"), operating the Real Skills Press store at realskillspress.com. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy.

1. Who we are

Real Skills Press sells printable educational activity packs for children, delivered as digital PDF files. Contact us anytime at [email protected].

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to make a purchase. Our products are designed for children but sold to adults — parents, teachers, and gift-givers.

3. What you're buying

Digital PDF files — nothing physical ships. Each paid pack includes the full-color version, a low-ink printer-friendly version, and the complete answer key (see each product page for exactly what's included).

4. Your license

When you buy a pack, you're buying a license to use it — not ownership of the files themselves. Your license allows you to:

• Save the PDFs and print them as often as you like, for your own family or for the students in a single classroom you teach.

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or upload the files (or printed copies) — no emailing to friends, no posting online, no shared drives, no school servers.
• Use the packs commercially, such as reselling printed copies or using the artwork in products you sell.
• Remove copyright notices from the files.

5. Download terms

After checkout you'll receive a download link by email. The link works for 7 days and up to 5 download visits — each visit opens your download page, where you can grab all three files (color, low-ink, and answer key) at once. Save your files somewhere safe right away. If your link expires before you've saved your files, email us and we'll sort it out.

6. Prices & payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Any required sales tax is added at checkout.

7. Refunds

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the files haven't been downloaded. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Our content stays ours

All packs, artwork, and site content are the property of Zedd Labs LLC and are protected by copyright. The license in section 4 is the only permission we grant.

9. Disclaimers & liability

Our packs are educational activities, not professional educational or financial advice, and we can't promise specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to what you paid us for the product.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
