Refund Policy

Digital products can't be returned, so here's our straight answer:

The short version

Because our packs are instant digital downloads, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the files haven't been downloaded.

We'll always make it right if:

• Your files won't download, are corrupted, or you received the wrong product — we'll fix it or refund you.
• You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount — we'll correct it.
• The product is materially different from its description — tell us within 30 days.

Changed your mind?

If you bought the wrong pack or simply changed your mind, email us anyway at [email protected] — we'll look at it case by case, though we can't promise a refund outside the situations above.

Download trouble isn't a refund situation

If your link expired or you lost your files, email us and we'll re-issue your download link — no need for a refund.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy overrides consumer rights granted by law in California or your own state or country.
